This traditional white loaf is made from the same dough used in most of our bread recipes - simple unbleached hard winter wheat, water, salt, a touch of our own wood-fired maple/box elder syrup, and a wheat and rye starter culture.

One Baker. One Wood-Fired Oven. No Shortcuts.
Every loaf that leaves this bakery starts the same way, slow fermented dough, a wood-fired oven, and a baker who does it all himself. No factory lines, no preservatives, no cutting corners to move faster. Just real ingredients and the time it actually takes to do this right.
Meet the BakerThe Old Ways
We don't rush bread. We break the rules of modern baking by going back to wild fermentation, real ingredients, and fire-baked flavor.
